STEVEN "BO" BELMONT
Steven Dylan Belmont, also known as "Bo" Belmont, is an American entrepreneur, real estate investor, and philanthropist. Born and raised in California, Belmont developed an early interest in business and real estate.
He pursued higher education at Sierra College, Adams State University, and Coastline Community College, focusing on business and finance, which laid the foundation for his career in real estate investment.

Belmont began his professional journey in the mortgage sector, holding roles such as Account Executive at Ameriquest Mortgage, Branch Manager at People's Choice Mortgage, and Partner at US Home Loans. In 2008, Belmont rehabbed his first property, igniting a lifelong passion for real estate investment and financial empowerment. Determined to make property investment accessible to individuals of all income levels, he founded Belwood Investments—a company dedicated to real estate acquisition, development, and investment. Belmont introduced the groundbreaking "B52 model," a streamlined approach designed to maximize returns while simplifying the investment process. Under his leadership, Belwood Investments has successfully facilitated over 1,200 real estate transactions. Committed to breaking down barriers to entry, the firm also pioneered fractional ownership opportunities through a mobile app, allowing aspiring investors to own a stake in high-value properties with contributions starting as low as $1,000.
